The “NUBIANS”, established in 1994, is a social organization of like-minded Nigerians that was established with the primary goals of promoting the interest of its members and also promoting a positive image of Nigerians in the United States of America in particular and the world in general. As a group, we believe that promoting a positive image for Nigerians require that we as Nigerians become active and positive participants in our local communities (both within the local Nigerian community and the bigger Atlanta community) in the United States, while at the same time contributing to the development of our Motherland, Nigeria.
